Hi everyone.
Welcome to my blog.
For those of you who may not know me (or may know me in real life, but still may not know much about me), I am reverse racist, misandrist. Oh. And I don’t particularly care for transethnic people. Nope. I don’t roll with that.
So. You’ve been warned. If you find that problematic, get out. Now. I am not going to entertain you.
Btw, no, reverse racism does not exist.
Other than that, this tumblr doesn’t really have a theme. And since you’ve made it till here… .
I am a Muslim woman born in South East Asia to South Asian [desi] parents somehow landed in the U.S.of A ardently in love with good cookies and other sweet, baked stuff.
This blog will post things on fandoms. My current on is Avatar: The last airbender (the tags are usually under atla or a:tla) and Legend of Korra (the tags are lok).
It will post a lot of things on -isms. So there’s things on activism, racism, feminism, colonialism, capitalism, cultural appropriation, white privilege, lgbtq issues, rape culture, sexism, islamophobia, and patriarchy. These are my usual tags for the -isms. And then there are random ones like for environmental issues. I don’t always tag things, and sometimes my tags get mixed up.
And before you ask me if I hate white people, (because yes, this blog is slated heavily in favor of POCs - people of color) read this. Please. I do not do racism 101 asks, here is a good place to start if you want to. Or Here. More reading if you want. (This list is mine). Here is a master list. Of course, there are things I blog about too. For instance, science, medicine, history, art, tech, random things of humor, writing (other people’s, never mine), and quotes that catch my fancy. And random things on politics but most of these crossover to tags of -isms.
The tag list will probably get update periodically but for right now I think we are good.
Also, there are times that I will reblog things just because I want to keep them as archive. Reblog are not necessarily endorsements of what is being said in the post.
I have other blogs. Just So Thoughts is my “archive” blog where I used to reblog so much that it became my main blog rather than one of my secondaries, so I am going to be more active here on my main handle. But for sure, check that blog out, too. You might find things of interest there, and I might occasionally reblog things for archiving. reasons.
The Questioning Muslimah deals with a lot of Islamic issues particularly slated for the Muslim community itself. If you are not of the Muslim community, you might want to explore this blog thoroughly before you hit the follow button.
Pictorial Stack is where I collect random picture.
I have two more blogs. One of them deal with my healing through child sexual absue. The other tries to deal with my identity issues and me “coming of age”. If you are interested in either of them, come and ask me off anon.
And lastly:
I tend to stay both faceless and nameless on my blogs for a lot of personal reasons. If you’d like to get to know me, please feel free to come talk to me and ask me stuff. I don’t bite (or try not to) but I am not promising any info from my side, so please don’t be surprised if I don’t humor you/your asks.
I do not tolerate trolls. Especially of the anonymous kinds.
